In the video, he says, “You want a breakfast, you want a recipe and you’re looking at the time. You take a handful of ground nuts, soak it in water for six to eight hours and put it in a mixie. If you want to add some fruit, you add banana or whatever you like, banana goes well.”

He adds, “If you want, put some honey into it. Two minutes. You have excellent breakfast ready. It takes two minutes to do it and if you want little watery, put more water into it, just drink it up. You want it like porridge, you make it thick and you eat it. You will see easily, it will keep you full for four to five hours, and it is highly nutritious.”

A lot of Instagram users have commented on the video that they would replace ground nuts with almonds. A user wrote, “I will try to use almonds as I have an allergy to peanuts!”
